Greenfield Will Bee Buzzing This Christmas
This year all the special collections to be taken at Greenfield's Christmas Services will go to provide honey bees for hard pressed Bolivian farmers.
The declining number of honey bees is causing concern throughout the world. Threats come from the shortage of skilled labour in Australia, to parasitic infection in California and bee deaths from the incorrect use of pesticides in Europe.
Greenfield is intent on doing its bit by helping Bolivian farmers increase crop yields and generate a honey crop that they can sell for cash.
